I'm looking for Arthur Cook(e) born abt 1910 in Virginia and death unknown. Arthur's parents are William Strawbridge Cook(e) and Fannie Elizabeth Kelly of Virginia. Word-of-mouth, Arthur worked for a Staten Island, NY electric company. I don't know if Arthur married or not, or had any children.
