I'm trying to find information on Sarah E. Brooks (b: abt 1871 VA) married George L Williams in Mathews County, VA.
I can't locate her parents names anywhere. Sarah's parents names listed as D. Brooks and N. Brooks. Can't find any information on Sarah either.

Any help will be a great benefit.
