I know a lot of people believe that George Lemley who married Catherine Yoho and lived in PA was Johannes "John" Lemley's son, but I really don't think so. I'm pretty sure that the son, George, that John mentioned in his will, married Barbara Baker and stayed in Frederick Co., VA.
