I have been trying to sort out the WEAVER families of Frederick County. I have a Susannah WEAVER who married first John HENRY and second Jacob PHILLIPS. She is probably related to Leonard WEAVER who was closely associated with Jacob's father Solomon PHIILIPS.

The above are probably not related to your family, but I have copied other Weaver records, such as a marriage bond for Elijah Sparks and Elizabeth Weaver. Film #31456 has a copy of a note dated 6 Aug 1793, where Eliza's mother Frances gives her "approbation" for the marriage. I believe the signature might be Frances' own -- at any rate, the F in Frances is different from the clerk's handwriting for Frederick County.

There are also quite a few land records where Frances Weaver is one of the parties, even after 1793. It might be worthwhile for you to borrow some land and marriage records from your local Family History Center.
