Am trying to find information on MOORE F. CARTER, b: ca. 1798, VA. I found a Moore F. Carter in Fauquier Co. 1810 and 1820 census records. In 1850 my Moore F. Carter was in Tishomingo Co., MS. I believe he is the father of my ancestor SERENA CARTER, b: GA (according to Census Records) who married ELIJAH C. JONES in Tishomingo Co. in 1841. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
