Regarding the Joseph Walston who married Sarah Self, I am researching a Joseph Walston born c. 1755 in VA; served in the Am Revolution; married a Sarah "unknown"; lived in Brunswick Co. VA, prior to moving to Washington Co., KY. They lived in the area of Washington Co., KY, that became Marion Co., KY. I think he may be the Joseph Walston who married Sarah Self as some other information on Joseph Walston indicates he may have been in Cumberland Co., VA, at one time. Please contact me.
