Can anyone provide a source for Graves as the maiden name of the Jemima who married William Sanderson? Jemima Sanderson provided the wedding date of 20 June 1769, the place, and the name of the minister McLaurin, in her Rev War pension app. No where in her application did she list her maiden name though.

I have a Jemima Robinson who was married to a man named Sanderson in Cumberland Co., VA. Her father's will written in 1785 identifies her as his daughter Jemima Sanderson, but no husband's name is listed for her in the will. I have yet to find an accounting of the estate of John Robinson which might provide the first name of Jemima's husband.
