I read your query about the Stallard Cemetery in Culpeper and remembered seeing something on it. I looked and found this. I'm not related but searching other families in Culpeper. Hope it helps.

Cemetery Location: 11 miles north of Culpeper Court House. 1.5 miles north of
Rixeyville, Virginia on Route #29; thence west on Route #611
for 3 miles; thence east .7 mile on Route #626; thence north
2.1 miles on Route #639; thence west on private road .1
mile to cemetery.
Culpeper County
This lot is fenced in with a stone wall that is falling down in places. The
entire lot covers about one hundred square feet. Inside this lot there is a
smaller enclosure about sixteen feet square, in which there is one grave, that
of Susan Davis. The small lot has an iron fence around it. In the outside lot
there are many graves marked with field stones. Some graves have fallen in and
have no stones at all.
