Hi all,

I am trying to find information on the marriage between Moses Sweeney (b. abt 1734, Belfast Ireland) and Elizabeth Johnson (b. abt 1744), approximately 1758. I have seen it listed as being in Albemarle AND Amherst Counties, so not absolutely certain anything will turn up in Amherst.

I am trying to figure out Elizabeth's parents names, to settle a discrepancy I've been finding while researching her, and I thought the marriage record might state who they are.

If no one can help specifically, I'd be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction. I have been having little luck so far in finding marriage records from Amherst, Albemarle, or Orange counties (where her possible family hailed from).
