Looking for John Gould and wife Olive. John was probably born abt. 1770-80. Jason his son states, "Born NY" on much later census. Wasn't NY once a part of VT or visa versa? John may have had siblings named Jason, George, Emily(Emma), Cora, Robert????? These are just a few of the names that seemed to be passed down to the descendents. Jason Gould married Eunice Walker in Portage Co., OH in 1834. When I plug in the other Gould's who married in Portage Co., OH. The only consistency I get is confirmation Windsor, VT.

Jason Gould b. 1808 NY married Eunice. He also probably had siblings Olive, George, Jason, John, Sarah,
Jason's children were Warner M. Gould b. 1848 in OH, Robert Horace Gould b. OH, John Walker Gould, b. OH, Sarah Gould b. OH, and Joseph Henry Gould b. OH.

Warner M. My g grandfather married Martha Moore in Schuyler Co., IL in 1876 his children were George and Olive.

Note the reason I added Jason as a sibling to the above John and son - Jason is that Jason was carried down in all of Warner's siblings which leads me to believe that John probably had a brother Jason.

I am not necessarily looking for documentation at this time just can't research every Gould in VT/NY. Just looking for a name chain. Do these names seem to fit into your family tree?
