I just checked my brother's DNA file and you match with my brother's DNA at the 25 marker level…. that indicates , as we had thought, that you might be related to the Sanders/Sanderson family of the middlesex county and worcester county family lines. I have looked for your William in Royalston for many years now and cannot place him in a family… but if you want to compare the DNA results that would be helpful (at 25 marker level) we have 3 or 4 now who have closer results at different levels..
