It states that Durward is 19 and was born in Jamaica Vermont. Durward's father is Henry D Kingsbury, born Jamaica, Vermont, and his mother is Thelma Rawson, born Jamaica, Vermont.
Mildred is also 19, and was born in New Haven, Connecticut. Her father is Nelson C Rawson, born Woodbury, Connecticut and her mother is Mildred A Payne, born in Hamden, Connecticut.

Ancestry also has birth records for 5 children for Durward and Mildred: Charles, Kenneth, Deborah, Darlene and Doreen. I will not post dates here as it is highly likely they are living.
