I have a 3-ring binder that holds photocopies of the Vershire Vital Records, compiled by Ernest Russell. Included is a section titled "Vershire Soldier's File (1782-1818)", compiled by Ernest Russell in 1978.

For verification I suggest contacting the Vershire, Vermont Town Clerk's Office. I believe an online search would provide the contact info.

To my knowledge, this compilation by Ernest Russell is unpublished. I could be wrong. It was passed on to me by my late sister who met him. I don't know if she got the copy from him or from a mutual friend, Vivian V Kill, who, as did Ernest Russell, mapped many Vermont cemeteries.

After double checking, I discovered the "Soldier's File" I have is in the back of my 3-ring binder of Vershire, Vermont Cemetery Listings
