Have found new information which requires a correction to my previous posting: George CROCKER b. 1830 was the son of Seth CROCKER and Betsey RUSSELL. Seth and Betsey had at least three other children: Francis b. 1824, Henry b. 1826, and Chauncey b. 1828. John CROCKER was probably the brother of Seth. At time of 1850 census John and George CROCKER were living with James RUSSELL age 57 and his wife Mary. Any additional information on this family would be much appreciated!
