I'm a descendant of David Powers, who was in St. Albans by 1790. I haven't run across the name Simeon among his descendants, but David's son Daniel Ward Powers married Lu PARKER. Interesting that Simeon named his son Parker. The list of children of Daniel Ward Powers comes from genealogylibrary.com:
