Born about 1816.

1840 census places him in Georgia, Franklin, VT.

1850 census places him in Burlington, Chittenden, VT.

1860 census places him in Williston, Chittenden, VT.

Clark married Ellen L. about 1840.

Children are:

Edmund Prentiss, b. 11 May 1858, Williston, Chittenden, VT.
George Morton Prentis, b. 3 Nov 1860, Williston, Chittenden, VT

Clark enlisted in Company F, 9th Infantry Regiment Vermont on 04 January 1864. Mustered out on 13 May 1865.
