I am looking for information on Hypaulet(Paul) Royer who was supposidly born in Sheldon Vt. in 1851 I cannot fid his birth certificate. I would like to know if his parents were Clement Royer and Liza Beaucage. I would like to know where they were born, where they died and how many children they had, and who their parents were.
