I am looking for any information about my gggrandfather Willard Brinkerhoff and his wife Lydia Jane Durfey. Their son Ernest is my Great Grandfather. I have some dates for them, but I am looking for any other information.

I live in Stevensville Montana. My husband and I purchased a piece of ground that was at one timed owened by Ernest Brinkerhoff. We were trying to find out more information on our ground and some springs that were part of the property. I did a google serach for Ernest Brinkerhoff and your message came up. I was wondering if this same Ernest is your great grandfather and did anyone you know grow up on this land?
We really think its a beautiful spot and would like to know more of its history.

They do appear on the 1900 census posted at USGENweb wayne county, hope this will help.
