I am trying to obtain a copy of the death record and verify the location of burial of my GGG grandmother:

Harriett Brown Naillon
b. Nov. 2, 1838 Tennessee [Cocke or Green County, TN ] [migrated to Utah abt. 1895-1900]
d. May 21, 1906 Unitah County [Ouray or Spanish Fork?]]

she is the daughter of William Brown and Nancy Moore; wife of Elijah Washington Naillon; West coast family members tell me she is buried in Unitah Co., Utah. She migrated out west with fellow family Naillon around 1905 -

There actually is an old cemetery in Ouray, which should be under the control of the Ute Tribe. You can find more information by contacting them directly: http://www.utetribe.com/

The folks at the Uintah County Regional History LIbrary are also very helpful:

Spanish Fork is in Utah County, not Uintah County. I've checked the online burials database for this cemetery, but it appears to be incomplete.
