I am trying to help a friend find his father whom he never knew. According to the SSDI records, William T. Barr died in Duchesne, Utah on October 3, 2003.

I am wondering if someone can find his obituary for me so that I can find other relatives for him. I haven't been able to find the local newspapers online.
