Would like to contact family of Neil Richman Tams who I believe served a Central Mission in the Kansas City area during 1929-30 time period. His companions might have been John Stunoff and Martin B. Williams. Martin Williams is my grandfather.

I have baptismal certificate for Ruth Bernice Russell who was baptized March 23, 1930 by Martin B. Williams in Kansas City, MO and the certificate is signed by John Stunoff and Neil R. Tams. I am hoping that missionary journals may have additional information on Ruth B. Russell and her situation.
