James Ernest Gilbreath was old man when I was kid, but I remember him very well. His wife Guyla died just a few years ago.

James Ernest was the son of Turman Gilbreath, grandson of William David Gilbreath, great grandson of Joel Gilbreath, great, great grandson of Andrew Gilbreath and ggg grandson of John Gilbreath of Maury County, Tennessee.

I am only aware of James Ernest being married one time and having two children.

One of his sisters compiled and published a book on the John Gilbreath/Mary Coffee family and she did not mention him being married twice.
