Thank you for your post. Melvin Ernest Gilbreath seem too young to have been my grandfather as he would have only been 18 when he and my grandmother had the baby. The baby is my mother who was born in 1934 in Ft Worth at a home for unwed mothers. Our Ernest Gilbreath is listed as 27 yrs in April of 1934.
I will take a look, but I believe this is the wrong Ernest for us. I appreciate the info regardless.
