I contacted their medical records department and was told Patsy is the one to help. She was unable to find any information on my ancestor who was a patient there and told me I could contact "open records" in Austin. She said it would probably be difficult to get information because of the HIPPA laws (privacy protection) and you would have to be able to prove a relationship to the person you are requesting information about.
