I am looking for information on J W OVERSTREET in Wills Point,Texas. He owned a Cotton Gin on James Street, and the building is still there. The blue sales booklet for the Gin said "Improved Rowden Cotton Seed" on the front along with his name.
JW was born 8/15/1855 & died 3/15/1923, his wife Frances
was born 1/21/1860 & died 2/11/1937 in Wills Point, Texas
Their daughter, Lena Frances, married Charles E HARGROVE.
Any information will be greatly appreciated. I have a picture attached of the gin if interested.
