I am seeking anyone who does volunteer research or a link to the courthouse, I am looking for Birth Certifacte for Tom or Thomas Rabb, middle name maybe B or Branch, he was born June 9, 1883 in San Angelo, texas, mother is supposed Amy Upton vitals unknown, father not known it is believed his father was also named Tom or Thomas, it is possible his father was in the Texas Cavalry, Rank of Captain, if anyone can help with any information please let me know
