Graveside services for Edna Beryl
Goldston, 94, of
Brownfield were held at 2 p.m., Monday, June 22, 2009 at
Terry County Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Raymond
Tharp officiating. Burial was under the direction of

Brownfield passed away Saturday, June 20, 2009 in
Brownfield.
She was born June 23, 1914 in
Falls County,
Texas to William Floyd and Ettie Elizabeth
English Jackson. She married Lester
Stoneman on March 15, 1933 in Carrizozo, New Mexico.He preceded her in death in 1935. She then married Robert Dale "Bob"
Goldston on October 25, 1941 in
Brownfield. He preceded her in death on October 2, 1986. She was also preceded in death by one brother, three sisters, a daughter and two grandchildren. She was a member of
Brownfield First
Baptist Church.
Edna is survived by two sons, Robert Lynn
Goldston and wife
Patty of Longview and
Foy Gene
Goldston and wife Tonya of Allen; three daughters,
Lea Dale
Ash and husband Danny of
Graham, Reva
Lovelace of
Brownfield and her late husband
Sanford and
Dixie Stoneman Tharp and husband Raymond of Temple; a sister, Willie
Merle Jackson of Brownfield; 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
