The family story says that JEFF ROBBINS shot and killed a man in the Fort Worth area, around the late 1920's, '27 to '29, for molesting his teenage daughter. I believe that this would have been in an area of cattle pens, or some such. There are supposed to be news accounts of the shooting and the trial, in which ROBBINS was acquitted. The victim's name may have been BLACKSON, but that part of the story is muddled.
Does anyone have any information about this, or perhaps access to the news paper accounts?
