Seeking information about the family of James Crinnian. He was a Civil War veteran, a physician living in Glen Rose, Somervell Tx. at the time of his death in May 1880. He was crossing the Brazos River to tend a patient when he drowned. Can any one help me with place of burial, stories, pictures, etc? Dr. Crinnian was my Grandmother's adoptive father. My Grandmother's name was changed from Clara Sprague to Mary Angela Crinnian when she was adopted in March 1873.
