MARY LUCILLE MCCONATHY,93, of Rosenberg, departed this life Feb. 11, 2002. She was born in Runnels County,Texas on April 4, 1908 to John and Florence Adair Anderson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence William MCCONATHY and brother, John Virgil Anderson. She spent most of her childhood in Freeport, Texas before moving to Houston in 1925. She and her husband lived in Houston until 1956, when they moved to Rosenberg, Texas, where they opened a White Auto Store with their son. Survived by son: C.E. ( Gene) MCCONATHY and wife Mary, of Rosenberg, daughter, Mary Lou Taylor and husband Emmitt, of Dallas, sister, Edith Pollizzie of Houston, 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, 2 nieces and 3 nephews. Family will receive friends from 6-8PM, Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2002, at Woodlawn Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 1:00PM, Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2002, at Woodlawn Funeral Home Chapel, with Mr. Gene Samford, officiating.
