Second, I hereby give and I bequeath to my sons, John Gray and William Gray, all of my property real, personal and mixed of which I may own and be possessed at the time of my death to pass to them in the following proportions viz: One third of my said property shall pass asolutely to my son John Gray and two thirds of said property shall pass absolutely to my son William Gray and in the event that the said John Gray or William or either of them should depart this life before I die, here and in that event I desire that the property they would receive from my estate were they alive shall pass to their wives and children should they or either of them leave surviving them such wife or children.
I hereby appoint A.D. Talley the executor of this my last will and it is my desire that he be required to give no bond and that the probate Court have no further control over
and told no cognizance of my said Estate other than the filing and probating of my will.
