I am trying to connect with descendants of John C.Brooks. He was born in ninetysix or greenwood county, SC c.1867 with mix heritage African American/German. His father came to this country c. 1850 from Ethiopia via the west indies and arrived in South Carolina that same year. Anyone with possible connection please contact.
