Joseph C.R. Reynolds

Funeral services for Joseph Charles Rufus Reynolds, 900 4th Ave., who died at 2:30 pm today at Neblett Hospital, will be held at 3 pm Sunday at LaGrone Funeral Chapel.

Officiating will be Lloyd Shirley, minister of the Church of Christ in Memphis. Interment will be in Dreamland Cemetery.

Mr. Reynolds was born Nov. 4, 1904, in Canyon. He was assistant engineer at the power plant at West Texas State College.

Surviving are his wife, Nettie; one son, Ray of Canyon; one stepson, Alfred Babb of Sanford, Fla.; one stepdaughter, Mrs. J.W. Shaver of Amarillo; seven brothers, Ed and Clem of Canyon, Bob and Clanton of Plano, Iowa, Cecil of Walsenburg, Colo., Fred of Tioga, Texas, and Burt of Guadalalara, Mex., two sisters, Cora Reynolds of Dallas, Zora Engelman of Glen Rose, Tex., and one granddaughter.
