I went to look at the cemetery listings for the Amarillo area, Canyon being considered part of Amarillo almost. Well, here is what I have so far:

Jennie E. Vester
v. 1869 d. 1945
Both on the same headstone, buried at Dreamland Cemetery, Canyon, Randall County, Texas.

I have located NO cemetery records so far for the Eula Vester, Don Martin or their son, Harold Martin. Ditto for James A. Vester, Doris Vester, Willie Vester, or Jack Charles Vester.

HOWEVER, I do have a phone call into Dreamland to the lady there and she is looking up her info to see if there is more information available. IF, you are still interested AND you receive this, I can do a little more searching. I live about 2 miles from the library where the genealogy records are kept and about 5 miles away from Dreamland Cemetery.

I am currently recording the graves at Dreamland Cemetery. I am curious to know how your search is going regarding this family. I do have a side note on Jennie Vester. She is buried next to Joseph Hastings and his wife. Possible that these are her parents? And there are Swaringens buried out here. The name is close to the spelling that you have; however, there may be Swearingens out here, I just have either not come across them or they are in my notes and I have not entered them in the database.

As regards to the other surnames that you listed, do you have any first names to go with those? I will be happy to look for them in the cemetery records for you.

I am John Charles Vester (nickname "Willie" - with two sisters, Jeanine & Evelyn) - my father Dorris Vester - son of John Charles Vester and Jennie Vester - buried in Canyon, TX. My father - Dorris and mother, Faye, are buried in Portland, OR (~1975 & 2003)
