I found Judson McClure in the 1900 & 1920 censuses:

1900 Precinct 2, Donley Co., TX:
McClure, Judson C. age 22 born 8/1877 TX Photographer
Boone, Walter H. age 24 born 8/1875 VA Photographer
census states Judson's father was born in GA; mother in TX

1920 Trinadad, Las Animas Co., TX:
McClure, Jusdon age 40 born TX Clerk-Post Office
Minnie 40 born MO
Ruth 9 born CO
Sarah 7 born CO
Judson Jr. 5 born CO
I don't know if the 1920 Judson McClure is the right one, but there were only 2 Judson McClure's in the 1920 census. The other one was a black man from IL.
