In June 1949, an Oklahoma City couple were killed in a head on accident 15 miles north of Mineral Wells. They were William Reford Smith and his wife Martha. Neighbors said they were going to visit a married daughter in Mineral Wells. The Smiths raised my husband's mother, Annie Delois Leonard Smith, whom we are searching for. Can anyone tell us the name of the daughter the Smiths were going to see? We haven't been able to find out .
