James F. Trotti moved to the Newton Co., Texas area about 1845 from Leon Co., FL. He appears to be a descendant of Gaspar Joseph Trotti of Barnwell District, SC. I am working on updating the book, TROTTI, by Virginia Trotti Dormon Miller, published about 1944. I am trying to locate all the descendants of James F. Trotti.
