CAMERON — Funeral services for Lillie Ida Kamenicky, 95, of Branchville, were held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, 2007, at Abiding Savior Lutheran Church in Cameron with Rev. Gary Kleypas officiating. Burial followed in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Kamenicky died Thursday, Sept. 6, at her home.

She was born May 11, 1912, in Riesel to William and Emma (Schwenker) Kramer.

She married Adolph Kamenicky on Nov. 18, 1947, and he preceded her in death in 1987.

Mrs. Kamenicky was a charter member of Abiding Savior Lutheran Church and a charter member of the VFW Women’s Auxiliary Post 2010.

She was also preceded in death by a brother, Bill Kramer, and a sister, Lena Slovacek.

Mrs. Kamenicky is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
