CAMERON - Alma Bryan, 88, of Cameron died Thursday, Aug. 30, 2007 in a Cameron hospital. Funeral services were held 10 a.m. Saturday at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home in Cameron with Rev. Jim Lafferty officiating. Burial followed in the Oak Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Bryan, a homemaker.

She was born Sept. 15, 1918 in Milam County to Albert and Annie (Sheler) Fricke.

She married John Bryan and he preceded her in death in 1967.

A daughter, Judith Caldwell and a brother Paul Fricke also preceded her in death.

Survivors include two sons, Doug Bryan and wife Cheryl of Cameron and Ronnie Bryan and wife Marcia of Temple; brother, Lee Roy Fricke of Austin; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
