Jerrell “Dina” Parkerson, 67, of Richardson, was born Aug. 17, 1940 and died Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2007. A special service was held 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 30, at Rockdale Christian Church in Rockdale. Burial followed at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Rockdale.

Mrs. Parkerson was a Missionary Pastor’s wife, who served in Latin American, the United States and Spain. She was affiliated with Mission Cam International.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry Parkerson of Richardson; daughter, Mary Ellen Howell and son-in-law, Christopher Howell of Richardson; son, Paul Raymond Parkerson and daughter-in-law, JoAnn Parkerson of Dallas; brother, Douglas Eugene Chaddock of Pasadena; sisters, Kathryn Jean Bryant of Mabank and Julia Eileen Robbins of Temple; granddaughter, Sabina Howell of Richardson; grandsons, Alexander Howell of Richardson, Mikel Parkerson and Gabriel Parkerson, both of Dallas.
