That's 'cause she was still with parent/siblings 1870 Llano-Cove Settlement-Image 1. Her mom was head-of-household and misidentified as "Indith", vs Judith, Duncan age 54. The family's earlier census records: 1860 TX-Jack-Not Stated-Image 16 and 1850 TX-Caldwell-Not Stated-Images 21 & 22. Going forward, I'll eliminate the state reference 'cause nearly all events took place in Texas. There's a few California records and I'll identify them thusly.
