Yes, you have a tangle there. So many of us do :)
There are several Adams people in and around Leon, Freestone, Limestone, Robertson, and Madsison coumties, but I do not know about the Adams you mentioned. Now, that does not mean that the one you mentioned may possibly be related. Not to my knowledge anyway. If you find out this Adams name, please let me know.

I was doing some checking last night and found a Mary F Adams married an Ezra Head on Sept. 7, 1857 in Robertson County.

Again, my Adams's were John T., James Thomas, William Clinton, Sally ROSE, and John Hugh.
