Very easy to get distracted when several family members have the same given names. I'm not related or acquainted but would like to share possible benefits of my experience? Review 1860 Lamar-Precinct 1 Census of G. W. "Eubank" age 35. Another G. W., age 24, was also part of this household. I submit his, the younger G. W.'s, sire was James "Eubank" found 1850 Lamar-Precinct 1-Image 12. In addition, he (G. W. the younger) was possibly sire of Nancy and James C.? Reverse to 1860 Lamar: T. C. Terrance C.) and N. (Nathaniel) were brothers of the elder G. W.? Their sire was William "Eubank" found 1850 Lamar-Precinct 6-Image 6. George W. (the elder) and Nathaniel are found nearby on Image 4. After the Civil War, many families relocated to Texas. Some came in groups that included in-laws. Many family histories were compiled and published in honor of Texas' Sesquicentennial-1986. Recommend you search for copies printed in Fannin and Lamar Counties.
