I have one of those elusive family members in my genealogy search- he was my great-grandfather. Born in New Jersey, and lived in Pennsylvania in the 1920 census with my grandfather and great-grandmother. He ended up leaving them and ended up in Kerrville, TX, where he died in 1984. I have his death certificate which shows he died in the VA hospital and had been living at the MeadowView Nursing Home. I haven't been able to find any information on that nursing home. Can someone provide some help?
