I am looking for Mary Ellen Smith, born about 1918 in Indiana. Smith was her married name. Her maiden name was Buhmiller. I know she lived in Kerrville in 1989 from her sister's obituary.
Does anyone have access to records that might help me find more info on her. I do not know her husband's first name. I assume she is deceased now, so perhaps an obituary for her? Or city directory from 1989? She had worked as the deputy county clerk in the 60s.
