I am looking for information on George P Phillips who came to Kerrville in the mid 1850's and lived out his life there until his death before 1900. He had sons James Harrison Phillips, John W Phillips, and Thomas Louis Phillips. His daughters were Elizabeth Clark Phillips, Minerva M Phillips, and Alice Ophelia Phillips.
