Hi William, I did not find much on your Angus. On his death cert. it shows he was never married. I did find info you may already have, but thought I would post it. Good luck.

maybe some family connection here.

The (L) stands for Lewis, witch was Angus,s father,s name.

Name: Angus A Macdonald
Titles:
Gender: Male
Marital status: Married
Death date: 07 Sep 1972
Death county: Galveston
Death place: Galveston, Texas, United States
Collection: Texas Death Index 1964-1998
It was believed that Angus was not married.
Angus's Father Lewis had is name threw his maternal side and Angus L; the late premier of Nova Scotia also had the Lewis from his maternal side; both from Loddy MACDONALD; so this is not the same Macdonald lineage.

Thanks for the info William, and sorry I could not help. I had remembered doing a study way back in school on the bridge, and it seems you already have done a research on that angle. I wish you good luck in your serch. Bryghtstar
