In April 1945, C. H. Fraley was arrested for the shooting of Paul Brower. I have found newspapers articles about it saying that he was released on bond a few days after Brower died pending the grand jury's meeting. Haven't found anything about the outcome, however. Can anyone tell me if he was indicted or served any jail time?
