Am looking for the parents of Paul H Welch born abt 1915 possibly in Arkansas. He was the grandson of Ida Belle Dowdle and Littleton Tuesday Welch. People may have known his grandmother as Belle Pettit. On both the 1920 & 1930 census of Hopkins County he is listed as living at Sulphur Bluff. I have not been able to discover the names of his parents.
