I'm looking for an 1870 census listing for Nathaniel Milburn Newton (b. 1842, Alabama). I'm fairly certain he lived in either Gonzalez or Guadalupe County in Texas at the time of the census. He lived his entire adult life in that part of Texas since emigrating with his family from Alabama in the 1850's. He had just married in 1868 to Ella J. Davidson (b. 1849, MS) and had one child (Susan Melinda b. 1869). Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.
